Frequently Asked Questions
Can I jump double unders with the Golden Stallion jump rope?
I am 6.4′ tall. Is the Golden Stallion jump rope long enough for me?
How long should I shorten the skipping rope?
Basically, you can use the following rule of thumb: Step with one foot in the middle of the jump rope and pull up the two rope ends. After shortening, the two wooden handles should not reach over your armpit.
But note: cut off less and try the jump rope. If the jump rope is too long, you can always shorten it - but the opposite is not possible.
Who is the leather jumping rope suitable for?
The jump rope is ideal for warming up before training, for increasing endurance, flexibility, speed and coordination as well as for strengthening the leg and arm muscles.
Rope jumping for 10 minutes burns about the same amount of calories as jogging for 30 minutes.
